UX Designer

Role: UX Designer

Join the team to design end-to-end UX for web experiences. This position is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UX from wireframes to high-fidelity, production-ready designs
• Create clean, effective layouts with strong focus on hierarchy, composition, and usability
• Produce developer-ready files and specifications with precision and consistency
• Apply UX best practices and ensure accessibility compliance
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers
• Work within and contribute to a design system to maintain consistency
• Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
• Incorporate insights from user research and A/B testing into iterative improvements

Requirements

• Experience designing for web, including hands-on production design
• Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and usability
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to layout and detail
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Figma proficiency
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Adobe Photoshop proficiency
