About the role

Role Overview

UX Designer II responsible for creating intuitive, frictionless experiences across FourLeaf’s digital products. You’ll partner with Product Owners and developers to translate product goals into user-centered design solutions.

Core Contributions

Lead creation and refinement of design concepts, mockups, and prototypes for digital products and experiences
Deliver high-fidelity design files to development teams
Provide strategic input on the direction and production of visual experiences
Ensure enhancements are carried through
Define journey goals, measure outcomes, and analyze journey performance
Recommend improvements using best practices aligned to business needs
Test and validate iterative design solutions
Use analytics and heatmapping tools to understand user behavior and identify journey gaps
Solve UX issues while balancing technical constraints
Develop content hierarchies and structured models for consistency across digital experiences
Act as a UX partner to cross-functional teams to deliver strong user and brand experiences
Participate in meetings with outside business units

Requirements / Assets You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or Marketing
5+ years of UX/UI or related experience (stated as 5+ years in Marketing)
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Strong ability to communicate complex design problems effectively
Strong visual design skills (typography, layout, composition, interface design)
Proficiency with design/prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or Adobe Illustrator
Familiarity with analytics and heatmapping tools such as Google Analytics and tools like Mouseflow, Crazy Egg, or HotJar
Knowledge of websites, HTML, and WordPress is a plus
Knowledge of website accessibility (ADA) is a plus
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
