UX Designer

Role Overview

HCLTech is seeking a UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and user-centered experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise applications. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Business stakeholders, and Design teams to translate user needs and business goals into polished digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Define personas, customer journeys, information architecture, and interaction models.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UX standards.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to drive successful delivery.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design aligned with WCAG.
• Present design concepts, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Use user feedback, behavioral data, and product metrics to improve the product continuously.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to iterative product development.

Requirements

• Strong User Research and User-Centered Design (UCD) skills.
• UX strategy capabilities including UX Strategy, Information Architecture, and User Journey Mapping.
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Accessibility knowledge using WCAG standards.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management.

Nice-to-Haves / Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise SaaS, and/or web or mobile applications.
• A strong UX portfolio demonstrating UX process and business impact.
• Experience with design systems and accessible design practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
