About the role

UX Designer

Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile.

Responsibilities

  • Create and iterate on UX deliverables including:
    • User flows
    • Journey maps
    • Wireframes and mockups
    • Prototypes
    • Information architecture
  • Extend and apply a design system using reusable components, icon libraries, templates, and brand standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, constraints, and implementation strategies
  • Present and defend design rationale in design reviews and stakeholder presentations
  • Participate in agile ceremonies by providing design assets, specifications, and feedback throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field and 2 years’ experience (or equivalent combination)
  • 2+ years designing responsive web and mobile applications with a strong portfolio
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma; familiarity with prototyping tools and AI-assisted design workflows
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
  • Experience conducting user research and converting insights into actionable design decisions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile environments

Nice-to-haves / Opportunities

  • Work with general-purpose LLM tools to analyze/synthesize user behavior and identify patterns
  • Use AI to accelerate discovery, experimentation, and development

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $98,300 – $147,500 per year
