About the role
UX Designer
Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile.
Responsibilities
- Create and iterate on UX deliverables including:
- User flows
- Journey maps
- Wireframes and mockups
- Prototypes
- Information architecture
- Extend and apply a design system using reusable components, icon libraries, templates, and brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, constraints, and implementation strategies
- Present and defend design rationale in design reviews and stakeholder presentations
- Participate in agile ceremonies by providing design assets, specifications, and feedback throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field and 2 years’ experience (or equivalent combination)
- 2+ years designing responsive web and mobile applications with a strong portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in Figma; familiarity with prototyping tools and AI-assisted design workflows
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and converting insights into actionable design decisions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile environments

- Work with general-purpose LLM tools to analyze/synthesize user behavior and identify patterns

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $98,300 – $147,500 per year
