UX Designer

Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile.

Responsibilities

Create and iterate on UX deliverables including:
- User flows
- Journey maps
- Wireframes and mockups
- Prototypes
- Information architecture
Extend and apply a design system using reusable components, icon libraries, templates, and brand standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, constraints, and implementation strategies
Present and defend design rationale in design reviews and stakeholder presentations
Participate in agile ceremonies by providing design assets, specifications, and feedback throughout the development lifecycle

Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field and 2 years’ experience (or equivalent combination)
2+ years designing responsive web and mobile applications with a strong portfolio
Advanced proficiency in Figma; familiarity with prototyping tools and AI-assisted design workflows
Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
Experience conducting user research and converting insights into actionable design decisions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile environments

Work with general-purpose LLM tools to analyze/synthesize user behavior and identify patterns
Use AI to accelerate discovery, experimentation, and development

Salary range: $98,300 – $147,500 per year
