Role Overview

GTA is hiring a user-centered UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and seamless experiences across its digital products. You’ll use insights from user behavior to create and refine UX solutions in collaboration with product, UI, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps
• Collaborate with product managers, UI designers, and engineers
• Translate user needs and business goals into design solutions
• Iterate on designs using feedback and data insights
• Maintain consistency across user experiences and design systems
• Advocate for user-centered design principles
• Work with development teams to ensure design feasibility

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in UX or product design
• Strong portfolio showing UX process and problem-solving
• Proficiency with design/prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Strong communication and collaboration
• Ability to present and justify design decisions
• Must be based in the United States with valid work authorization

Nice to Have

• Interaction design and information architecture
• UI design principles
• Accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience in Agile or cross-functional teams
• Background in data-driven design or product analytics
