UX Designer (Evlo AI)

Own the end-to-end design lifecycle for core product experiences—turning complex user problems and business requirements into intuitive, accessible interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, low-fidelity prototypes, and polished high-fidelity UI specifications in Figma
• Conduct generative and evaluative user research, including usability testing and interviews, to make data-informed design decisions
• Maintain and scale the design system, ensuring consistent use of typography, color, and component tokens
• Partner with frontend engineers to ensure design integrity, responsiveness, and accessibility compliance
• Present design concepts, research findings, and strategic rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional UX design experience for complex web or mobile applications with production deliverables
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, plus modern design system architecture
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a rigorous user-centered process, clear problem-solving methodology, and measurable product impact
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design across viewports

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience
