Own the end-to-end UX design lifecycle, turning complex technical workflows and research into intuitive, human-centered product experiences used by millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile in Figma
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations; convert findings into actionable improvements
• Build and scale design systems and component libraries to ensure cross-platform consistency and faster development
• Partner with product managers and frontend engineers during implementation to maintain design integrity, accessibility, and frontend quality
• Present design concepts, research outcomes, and strategic decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
• Audit deployed experiences for UX bottlenecks, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and interaction refinements

Requirements

• 3–6 years of product design experience in a technology company (portfolio showing end-to-end UX/UI)
• Expert proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design system architecture
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, qualitative research, and information architecture
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS and modern frontend capabilities for effective engineering collaboration
