UX Designer

UX Designer — Role Overview

Own the end-to-end UX design process, from early user research and wireframing to polished, high-fidelity interfaces used daily by thousands of users.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design hypotheses
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components using Figma
• Maintain and scale a design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility (WCAG) across platforms
• Collaborate with Product Managers and frontend engineers to define requirements and oversee implementation
• Define UX metrics, analyze post-launch data, and continuously improve usability and engagement

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional UX design experience in digital product companies
• Shipped portfolio demonstrating complex web and/or mobile application UX
• Strong command of modern design/prototyping tools, primarily Figma
• Deep understanding of responsive layout and interaction design
• Solid foundation in human-centered design methods and both qualitative and quantitative research techniques
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards

Nice to Have

• Front-end prototyping experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Experience with design system governance
• Experience working in enterprise SaaS domains
