UX Designer

Role overview

Own the end-to-end user experience across Evlo AI’s core product surfaces, translating complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, elegant digital interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma for web and mobile
• Conduct formative and summative usability testing, turning qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics into iteration-ready changes
• Build and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and design token alignment across components
• Partner with product managers to define feature scope, scope out user stories, and advocate for user-centric solutions throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure design fidelity, smooth micro-interactions, and adherence to accessibility standards
• Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and synthesize feedback into coherent product direction

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional UX/UI design experience for complex web applications and/or mobile products
• Strong mastery of modern design/prototyping tools, especially Figma, with a portfolio showing end-to-end problem solving and systematic thinking
• Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design patterns, user research methodologies, and WCAG
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and translating technical constraints into design opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HCI, Graphic Design, Cognitive Science) or equivalent practical experience

Bonus / Nice to have

• Frontend development experience (HTML, CSS, React)
• Experience with design token architecture
• Familiarity with quantitative analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude
