UX Designer

Role Overview

Own the user-centered design process for Evlo AI’s complex B2B SaaS platform—translating intricate technical workflows into intuitive, high-performing interfaces. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to validate concepts, iterate on designs, and deliver high-fidelity specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design lifecycle: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes (in Figma)
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements, technical constraints, and usability criteria
• Run generative and evaluative user research, translate insights into actionable design decisions, and present findings cross-functionally
• Maintain and scale the centralized design system to ensure visual consistency and improve development velocity
• Validate designs post-implementation using usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and telemetry analysis, iterating rapidly based on feedback

Requirements

• 4+ years professional experience as a UX/UI, Product, or Interaction Designer (complex web apps / SaaS preferred)
• Strong portfolio showing systematic thinking, high-fidelity visual design, prototyping, and documentation of the full design process
• Expert with Figma, including advanced auto-layout, components, and interactive prototyping
• Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive design for desktop and mobile
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, or related field

• Ability to write HTML, CSS, and React components
• Experience with advanced data visualization design tools
