UX Designer

Role overview

Design the end-to-end user experience for a high-traffic SaaS product. You’ll translate complex user needs and technical requirements into intuitive interfaces, working in a cross-functional product team with Product, Engineering, and User Research.

Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and interactive prototypes
• Design high-fidelity UI and visual assets in Figma, aligned to design systems and brand guidelines
• Partner with UX Researchers to plan and run usability testing; iterate based on findings
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure accurate implementation (responsive layouts + WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility)
• Contribute to and maintain the shared design system (components, interaction patterns, visual guidelines)
• Present design concepts, iterations, and rationale to stakeholders; incorporate feedback

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a UX Designer / Product Designer in a software/tech company
• Portfolio showcasing an end-to-end UX process and modern visual design
• Expert proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, interactive components, design system libraries)
• Strong understanding of information architecture, responsive design, mobile design patterns, and digital accessibility
• Strong cross-functional communication and facilitation skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience writing HTML/CSS/JS
• Experience in Agile development cycles
• Designing complex data visualizations
