UX Designer

Role Overview

Senior UX Designer for UGG’s global digital platforms. You will shape the consumer journey across all digital touchpoints, translating consumer insights into intuitive, engaging experiences that align with brand and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and map end-to-end user journeys across the full lifecycle: discovery, exploration, consideration, purchase, post-purchase, and loyalty engagement.
• Convert journey maps into high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for front-end development.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align UX strategy with regional execution priorities while maintaining brand consistency and local relevance.
• Partner cross-functionally with developers, photographers, copywriters, and creative teams to deliver cohesive experiences from concept through completion.
• Maintain and apply design system standards to ensure consistent usability and aesthetics.
• Influence digital product roadmaps to improve user engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, digital design, or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing front-end, user-facing work.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Airtable.
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills (e.g., via Microsoft Teams and Zoom).
• Ability to apply UX research tools and methodologies to derive actionable insights.
• Preferred: familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript applications.
• Preferred/Helpful: knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Degree or certification in UX/Digital Design (master’s preferred).

Nice to Have

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Industry experience in retail, fashion, or beauty.

Location / Work Setup

• Remote position based in the United States.
• Eligibility limited to residents of specific states (including California, New York, Texas, and others).
