About the role

UX Designer (Remote, United States)

Mid-level, full-time UX Designer role focused on creating intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web and/or mobile.

What you’ll do

Design user-centered experiences for web and/or mobile applications
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate with product managers, engineers/developers, and stakeholders across the product lifecycle
Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions
Maintain and contribute to design systems and ensure UI consistency
Iterate on designs using user feedback, analytics, and testing results
Ensure designs follow accessibility and usability best practices
Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams
Stay current with UX trends, tools, and emerging design practices

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Design, HCI, Psychology, CS, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
2–5 years of UX/product design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving
Proficiency with design/prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
Experience conducting user research and using feedback to guide decisions
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
Strong communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and strong visual design sensibility
Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

Experience designing SaaS, mobile, or enterprise applications
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS and frontend concepts
Experience with analytics/user behavior tools
Familiarity with Agile or product-led development environments
