UX Design Lead (DES-3-012026)

Role Overview

Koru UX Design is looking for a UX Design Lead to drive high-value UX initiatives for B2B/enterprise clients. You’ll lead UX engagements, strengthen design strategy and execution, and help shape AI-powered product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy & project outcomes
  • Own UX projects and deliver solutions aligned to business and user goals
  • Define UX strategy and execution plans; guide team workflows and best practices
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to align UX with product objectives
  • Shape UX for AI-powered features (client-facing and internally)
  • Review and elevate team deliverables while owning key UX outputs
  • Communicate design strategies and solutions effectively to stakeholders
• Strengthen UX processes & team growth
  • Mentor and coach designers to improve skills and strategic thinking
  • Enhance UX workflows, design reviews, and quality control for better efficiency and output
  • Promote responsible exploration and integration of AI into design workflows
  • Support hiring and onboarding of designers
  • Contribute to presales by shaping UX proposals and participating in strategy discussions

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX design experience
• 2+ years leading/managing UX teams (preferably in an agency or service-based environment)
• Strong portfolio showing leadership (team-led projects and/or managed client accounts)
• Experience with B2B products and enterprise applications

Nice to Have

• Experience in HealthTech
• Exposure to AI in UX/product contexts, including designing AI-powered features, using AI tools, or collaborating on AI-native products (e.g., agentic workflows)
