About the role

UX Design Intern (Summer)

Join Vantaca’s design team to work on real product work alongside senior designers and the design director. This is the company’s first UX design internship, so the internship experience itself is being shaped by you and your contributions.

What you’ll do

Design system component development: Audit, improve, and build components within the existing design system, including variants, states, and documentation.
Workflow redesign project: Own an end-to-end UX redesign—from user research and discovery to designing an improved workflow and presenting final recommendations.
Participate in design critiques and collaborate with product managers and engineers.

Requirements

Curiosity and continuous learning; able to pick up new tools and techniques independently.
Interest in AI and modern ways of working; excitement to explore how AI can enhance the design process.

Nice to have

Experience contributing to design systems and end-to-end UX workflow work (implied by responsibilities).
