User Interface/User Experience Designer (UI/UX Designer) (Remote)

Role overview

We are seeking an experienced User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) Designer to join our team. This full-time or part-time opportunity is remote and involves partnering with strategists, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategists, developers, and stakeholders to shape intuitive digital experiences
• Design user journeys, task flows, personas, and interaction models grounded in data and behavioral insights
• Create high-fidelity mockups, responsive layouts, and component libraries using modern design tools
• Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate behavior, transitions, and workflows
• Participate in design critique, usability testing, and iterative refinement cycles
• Contribute to inclusive design and accessibility efforts with WCAG compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience on web or digital product teams
• Proven portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking (wireframes to delivered experiences)
• Proficiency with Figma and/or Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools
• Strong visual design skills (typography and attention to detail)
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of After Effects and/or other animation tools
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS frameworks, component libraries)
