User Interface Designer (Remote)

Role Overview

Contract UI/UX Designer working remote to design intuitive user experiences and interfaces that help train next-generation AI systems. Your designs will influence how AI models learn and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and critique usable UI/UX for AI-driven products across multiple digital platforms
• Evaluate usability and functionality of AI-driven products and provide actionable feedback
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate and test design concepts for AI training interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver design solutions
• Document and communicate design decisions clearly in writing and verbally

Requirements

• Strong UI/UX portfolio with experience designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Clear communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work
• Solid understanding of human-centered design principles applied to AI-driven products
• Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing interfaces specifically for AI training / AI workflows (implied by the role focus)
