About the role
Role Overview
You will help evaluate AI systems’ performance in digital product design by creating grading criteria and scoring UI/UX work samples. Your evaluations will directly inform AI training and product iteration.
Deliverables
- Create precise, task-specific grading criteria for digital product/UX deliverables.
- Score AI-generated and human work samples.
- Provide detailed written justifications for each score.
- Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment so scores are reproducible and defensible.
- Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly.
Requirements
- Strong experience in product design, UI/UX, or design systems.
- Background from leading digital-product/UX studios or in-house product design teams.
- Experience in roles such as Design Systems, UX Lead, or digital Product/Business Analysis.
- Deep fluency in interaction and visual design, design systems, and prototyping in Figma.
- Exceptionally strong written communication skills for explaining evaluations.
Contract Details
- Hourly contract, remote.
- Compensation: $80–$150 per hour.
