About the role
Role Overview
As a UX Researcher, you will use usability tools and qualitative research methods to generate actionable insights that inform and improve the usability and design of websites and applications.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and recommend appropriate remote and face-to-face research methods, including:
- Moderated and unmoderated testing
- Benchmarking
- Card sorting
- Interviews
- Surveys
- Collaborate with designers, product/marketing managers, data analysts, engineering teams, and other client-experience stakeholders to support data-backed decisions.
- Evaluate, learn, and evangelize new UX research methods within the team.
- Work in a dynamic, ambiguous environment and tackle complex problems.
- Define and advocate for customer/user needs.
- Analyze and synthesize research outputs, including:
- Usability sessions, surveys, competitive research
- Voice-of-Customer (VOC) data and analytics
- Create, launch, and analyze surveys and remote unmoderated user testing.
- Review, index, analyze, and reorganize prior research for reuse.
- Select and present representative video clips from recorded user sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with:
- UserTesting.com
- Qualtrics
- Figma
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word).
