User Experience Researcher

Role Overview

As a UX Researcher, you will use usability tools and qualitative research methods to generate actionable insights that inform and improve the usability and design of websites and applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and recommend appropriate remote and face-to-face research methods, including:
  • Moderated and unmoderated testing
  • Benchmarking
  • Card sorting
  • Interviews
  • Surveys
• Collaborate with designers, product/marketing managers, data analysts, engineering teams, and other client-experience stakeholders to support data-backed decisions.
• Evaluate, learn, and evangelize new UX research methods within the team.
• Work in a dynamic, ambiguous environment and tackle complex problems.
• Define and advocate for customer/user needs.
• Analyze and synthesize research outputs, including:
  • Usability sessions, surveys, competitive research
  • Voice-of-Customer (VOC) data and analytics
• Create, launch, and analyze surveys and remote unmoderated user testing.
• Review, index, analyze, and reorganize prior research for reuse.
• Select and present representative video clips from recorded user sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with:
  • UserTesting.com
  • Qualtrics
  • Figma
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word).
