About the role

Role Overview

Contract UX Researcher (4-month, Remote, US based) embedded within a product squad in a fast-moving, product-led environment. You’ll own end-to-end UX research that informs how people connect and engage.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end UX research projects within a product squad
Partner with Product, Design, Data, and GTM stakeholders to define research needs
Select and execute appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods
Plan and run activities such as:
- Interviews
- Surveys
- Remote usability studies
Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
Communicate outcomes to inform product strategy and decision-making

Requirements

Proven experience leading UX research from discovery through insight delivery
Ability to independently plan and manage multiple research workstreams
Hands-on experience with common UXR tools and platforms
Confidence working in fast-paced, collaborative product environments
Ability to advocate for research and translate insights into practical recommendations
Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication skills

Contract Details

4-month contract
Remote (must be US based)
$60/hour (W2)
