Role Overview
User Experience Researcher (Design Research) for a client Fortune-tech company.
- Location: New York, NY (listed) and US Remote
- Contract length: 6+ months
- Pay rate: $70–$80/hr (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Read and write summaries of design/UX research findings
- Prep materials for work sessions
- Conduct remote interviews
- Create and deliver research reports
- Collaborate in workshops
Requirements
- Experience with qualitative design research and creative research
- Design and/or visual skills that strengthen presentations and storytelling (to inspire and communicate insights)
- Experience with devices and/or digital products, including exposure to AI, AR/BR (emerging tech)
- Strong ability to work across evolving methodology and current AI tools
Nice-to-Haves
- Emerging tech experience specifically tied to AI and interactive technologies (AI tools, AR/BR)
- Advanced presentation/storytelling skills used to communicate research in novel ways
