About the role

Role Overview

Full-time remote User Experience Designer at Wellness at Work AI. You’ll design intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences across the company’s digital products supporting well-being and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and define user journeys
  • Apply design thinking to solve wellness-related problems
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to refine and implement solutions
  • Continuously gather and analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs
  • Ensure products effectively support users’ well-being and productivity

Requirements

  • Strong UX design skills and Design Thinking, with a user-centered portfolio
  • User Research experience (planning studies, conducting interviews/usability tests, synthesizing insights)
  • Proficiency in visual design and prototyping using modern design tools with AI
  • Ability to collaborate in remote, cross-functional teams; clear communication of design decisions
  • Understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and interaction design principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Design, HCI, Psychology) or equivalent practical experience

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience designing wellness, productivity, or health-related digital products
  • Comfort in a startup environment with willingness to iterate quickly and adapt to changing priorities
