About the role
Role Overview
User Experience Designer (UX Designer) — 100% Remote, 3-month contract with possibility of extension. You will collaborate with senior designers and product owners to design solutions for internal users.
Responsibilities
- Design and build user flows, wireframes, concepts, and interactive prototypes
- Translate user needs and business goals into clear design solutions
- Provide design input to help define development requirements and inform implementation decisions
- Apply and grow knowledge of existing systems, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and scalability
- Support work focused on internal-facing platforms / enterprise tools
- Participate in (one of the three roles) dashboard design and development, supporting multiple tools across projects, with a reporting focus
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on Figma experience (mandatory)
- Hands-on UX design experience across flows, wireframes, concepts, and interactive prototypes
- Ability to work closely with senior designers and product owners
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Visual Communication, Digital Design, Product Design, or Human-Centered Design
