About the role

Role Overview

Next Match AI is seeking a UX/UI Designer to own end-to-end design for web ecosystems, data-heavy analytics dashboards, and mobile checkout portals. This is a 100% remote role for candidates residing in the United States, partnering daily with a product and innovation hub in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Design: Create high-fidelity wireframes, complex user flows, and production-ready UI for desktop and mobile SaaS based on PRDs.
Design System Governance: Build, scale, and maintain a comprehensive design system and component asset library in Figma, ensuring consistent patterns across releases.
Conversion-Rate Optimization (CRO): Audit registration, onboarding, and checkout flows to remove friction and improve transaction velocity.
Interactive Prototyping: Produce interactive click-through prototypes to test functional flows and refine dashboard tracking views.
Developer Handoff Coordination: Deliver clear, structured design handoffs for front-end teams with asset specs and styling parameters.

Requirements

3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a B2B SaaS, digital product agency, or consumer tech ecosystem.
Required portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design system architecture, wireframe logic, and problem-solving approach.
Expert Figma skills, including advanced auto-layout, interactive prototyping variables, global style tokens, and responsive grid behaviors.
Strong ability to simplify complex, multi-step workflows (e.g., onboarding wizards, payment processing setup, dense analytics).
Excellent verbal and written English communication; ability to confidently present design decisions to technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience designing merchant payment processing setups, analytics dashboards, and/or checkout portals.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $114,000 – $135,000 USD per year (paid monthly; dependent on SaaS product design depth).
