About the role

Role Overview

User Experience (UX/UI) Designer for a remote long-term contract. You will partner with senior designers and product owners to deliver user-centered design for internal-facing and enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

Design and develop user flows, wireframes, concepts, and interactive prototypes
Translate user needs and business goals into clear design solutions for internal users
Define development requirements and provide design input to guide technology/implementation decisions
Apply and expand institutional knowledge of existing systems, tools, and processes to maintain consistency and scalability
Support multiple internal tools across projects
(One of three positions) work fully on dashboard design and development, reporting-focused

Requirements

Strong Figma experience (mandatory)
Hands-on experience designing and building user flows, wireframes, concepts, and interactive prototypes
Ability to collaborate closely with senior designers and product owners

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Visual Communication, Digital Design, Product Design, or Human Centered Design
Experience designing for internal-facing platforms or enterprise tools
