About the role

Role Overview

Intuvia Technologies is hiring a User Experience (UI/UX) Designer for a full-time, remote (United States) role. You will design intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences for web and mobile applications, partnering with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
  • Create personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Design responsive web and mobile interfaces aligned with modern UX principles
  • Develop and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and style guides
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the product development lifecycle
  • Present concepts and incorporate stakeholder and user feedback
  • Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across products
  • Work with developers to support accurate implementation
  • Improve experiences using analytics and user feedback
  • Stay current with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years experience designing web and mobile applications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work and design thinking
  • Expert proficiency in Figma
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing SaaS or B2B products
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end concepts
  • Experience with design systems/component libraries
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel
  • Experience collaborating with distributed/remote teams
