About the role
Role Overview
Intuvia Technologies is hiring a User Experience (UI/UX) Designer for a full-time, remote (United States) role. You will design intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences for web and mobile applications, partnering with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
- Create personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces aligned with modern UX principles
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and style guides
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the product development lifecycle
- Present concepts and incorporate stakeholder and user feedback
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across products
- Work with developers to support accurate implementation
- Improve experiences using analytics and user feedback
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years experience designing web and mobile applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work and design thinking
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing SaaS or B2B products
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end concepts
- Experience with design systems/component libraries
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel
- Experience collaborating with distributed/remote teams
