User Experience Designer

Role Overview

The User Experience Designer will support the product team with ongoing site enhancements and roadmap-driven initiatives, working closely with a UX Manager and Storefront Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct competitive analyses and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Apply UX best practices and ensure designs align with established standards and guidelines.
• Support iterative enhancements and optimizations across existing digital experiences.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback using user-centered design principles to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Provide a digital portfolio/case study (e-commerce/storefront project) for consideration.
• Strong expertise in UX Design and Figma.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Prior experience working on e-commerce, digital storefronts, or customer-facing web experiences.
• Portfolio/case studies must clearly demonstrate relevant e-commerce/storefront UX work.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
