User Experience Designer

Role Overview

As a UX Designer (mid-level, 3+ years), you will be an individual contributor responsible for end-to-end product UX design. This is a remote role supporting U.S. (CST time zone) work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end UX design including:
  • Interaction design
  • Visual design
  • Prototyping
  • User journeys (shown through your portfolio)
• Design complex workflow and/or data-heavy enterprise experiences (e.g., search, filtering, data export)
• Work independently with minimal oversight and ramp quickly
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, and Legal
• Integrate UX research insights and iterate based on user feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product UX design experience (mid-level)
• Strong hands-on portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work
• Experience working on enterprise/data-heavy product flows
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions
• Figma proficiency (strong, current)
• Experience with prototyping and design handoff workflows
• Experience working within an established design system

Nice-to-Haves

• Messaging/inbox/communications/notifications product experience
• Accessibility expertise (e.g., WCAG familiarity, assistive technology)
• Experience designing for international/localized products, especially Japan
• Mobile-first design experience
• Experience running or participating in A/B testing programs
• Contractor or embedded-team experience at a large product organization
