About the role

Role: User Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

You will manage and grow mobile game user acquisition campaigns across key ad platforms, optimizing for CPI and ROAS while partnering closely with creatives and other teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and scale UA campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and major mobile ad networks (Applovin, Unity, IronSource, Mintegral, etc.).
Monitor daily performance and adjust bids/budgets to hit CPI and ROAS targets.
Collaborate with the creative team: brainstorm ad concepts and provide performance-based feedback.
Run A/B tests across ad creatives and store assets to improve conversion and reduce costs.
Support ASO efforts (keyword research and store page updates) to align paid and organic growth.
Track and report key metrics including CTR, CVR, ROAS, and LTV.
Monitor competitors and market trends to find new growth opportunities.
Ensure correct tracking and attribution using Adjust.

Requirements

2+ years hands-on User Acquisition experience in mobile gaming.
Proven experience running campaigns on Meta and Google, plus other ad networks.
Strong ability to interpret mobile marketing data and turn it into actionable strategies.
Enjoys cross-functional teamwork with art, product, and data teams.
Familiarity with Adjust and market research tools.
Proactive use of AI tools to speed up workflow (creative ideation to analysis).
Growth-oriented mindset and strong ownership of tasks.
