Role Overview

As a Usability Researcher (Usability Researcher 1), you will research the user experience of products to understand user satisfaction, pain points, and improvement opportunities. You’ll plan and run studies, synthesize findings, and help the product team implement improvements.

Responsibilities

Define research questions to guide usability research.
Plan and execute studies using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Report key findings and communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with teams to drive product/service improvements based on research results.
Ensure usability effectiveness (UE) for new features, particularly as they relate to the success of users (including Copilot).

Requirements

4 years of experience (as indicated in the posting).

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with usability research focused on new feature delivery and user success.
Familiarity with tools and workflows involving MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
