US- Product Manager (Senior Living)

Role Overview

US - Product Manager (Senior Living) at PointClickCare. You will lead product strategy and outcomes for core senior living workflows (including census data) that influence how residents experience care. You’ll work closely with engineering and cross-functional partners to turn customer and clinical needs into end-to-end product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your Senior Living product area(s).
• Become the product expert for functionality and how the product delivers value to customers and users.
• Act as the voice of the customer within a scrum team (engineering + UX), partnering with engineering leads and supporting product delivery ceremonies.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and related delivery artifacts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and Clinical stakeholders to improve outcomes.

Collaboration & Customer Focus

• Engage directly with customers to understand and solve meaningful problems.
• Translate complex information into clear decisions and deliver measurable value.

Location / Work Model

• Remote roles: in-office events with travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual/annual meetings.
• Hybrid roles: must live within commuting distance of the listed office; weekly/bi-weekly/monthly in-office events are expected.
