(US) - Product Manager (Senior Care)

Role Overview

PointClickCare is hiring a Product Manager (Senior Care) for the Senior Care Product team. You will own product strategy and execution for a portfolio of clinical and regulatory products used by 30,000+ provider organizations, driving product decisions that improve outcomes for both providers and residents.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your Senior Care product portfolio
• Make product decisions based on customer insights, data, regulatory requirements, and business value (not just feature requests)
• Partner with engineering to shape solutions and deliver outcomes
• Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products using AI, automation, and smarter workflows
• Navigate complex clinical and regulatory domains (e.g., MDS, LTCF, immunizations, clinical documentation) and translate knowledge into product direction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders
• Manage products across the full development lifecycle: discovery → strategy → delivery → iteration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of product management experience

• Experience balancing improving established products with modernization and innovation
• Ability to operate in highly regulated healthcare environments

Travel / Location Expectations

• Remote roles: expect in-office events requiring travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City, including onboarding, team events, and semi-annual/annual meetings.
• Hybrid roles: must reside within commutable distance of the specified office/location with regular in-office presence.
