About the role
Role Overview
Outbound Product Manager (PEO) at PointClickCare. Owns go-to-market execution and product adoption success for assigned products and initiatives—defining positioning, supporting launch strategy, enabling sales/customer-facing teams, and capturing voice-of-customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and strategic initiatives
- Define/refine product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and the Product Lead
- Lead cross-functional GTM readiness planning with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support
- Identify and engage target customers for early validation and beta participation; run structured beta programs to ensure commercial viability
- Monitor adoption, usage trends, and revenue performance metrics; identify risks/opportunities and drive corrective actions
- Serve as a commercial owner for assigned initiatives, ensuring field readiness and successful adoption post-launch
Team Context
Outbound Product Management drives commercialization and market success of strategic PCC products and services—translating product capabilities into clear customer value and informing ongoing enhancements with structured market/customer insights.
Remote/Hybrid Travel Expectations (if applicable)
- Remote roles: in-office events requiring travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual/annual meetings.
- Hybrid roles: must reside within commutable distance and attend office events (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) with the team.
Reporting Line
Reports to the Director, Outbound Product Management.
