Role Overview

Unit4 Developer (Remote) at BairesDev. You will customize and extend the Unit4 ERP platform for professional services and non-profit organizations, focusing on people-centric modules, integrations, and workflows.

Responsibilities

Design and implement customizations in the Unit4 ERP environment for complex project and financial workflows.
Develop and maintain integrations between Unit4 ERP and external systems via APIs and web services.
Optimize People Experience modules to improve productivity and user engagement.
Create and refine automated approval workflows and business processes for compliance and efficiency.
Build tailored reports and dashboards for finance and HR teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate domain requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in ERP development (or CRM systems).
Proven expertise customizing/extending Unit4 ERP solutions.
Hands-on experience with Unit4 People Experience and core modules.
Experience building integrations for professional services and non-profit organizations.
Strong understanding of ERP lifecycle management and data migration.
Advanced English proficiency.
