Unit4 Developer at BairesDev. You will customize and extend the Unit4 ERP platform for professional services and non-profit organizations, with a focus on people-centric modules, integrations, and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Unit4 ERP customizations for complex project and financial workflows.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Unit4 ERP and external systems using APIs and web services.
- Optimize Unit4 People Experience modules to improve productivity and user engagement.
- Create and refine automated approval workflows and business processes to support compliance and efficiency.
- Build tailored reports and dashboards for finance and HR teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate industry-specific requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in ERP development or CRM systems.
- Proven experience customizing and extending Unit4 ERP.
- Hands-on experience with Unit4 People Experience and core modules.
- Integration experience for professional services and non-profit organizations.
- Strong understanding of ERP lifecycle management and data migration.
- Advanced English proficiency.
