UI/UX - UX Researcher IV

Role overview

Temporary UX/Consumer Insights Researcher (UX Researcher IV) supporting product and user experience research through well-scoped, time-bound projects. Remote work options may be available.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute research using qualitative and/or quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, product evaluations, surveys, diary studies).
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define research goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create research plans, screeners, discussion guides, and study materials.
• Conduct data collection, synthesize findings, and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Communicate results via written reports and presentations tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Recommend next steps and follow-up research opportunities to support iterative learning.
• Maintain research documentation and contribute to research repositories as needed.

Requirements

• Experience conducting UX research, selecting methods appropriate to the research question.
• Experience planning and moderating user interviews and usability testing.
• Experience synthesizing research findings into insights and recommendations for product/design partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with research related to AI tools.

Must-have skills

• Mixed-method, quant-leaning survey design and analysis; comfort with focus groups, interviews, and field work.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude) and research efficiency tools.
