UI/UX Product Designer

Role overview

The company is hiring a Staff Product Designer to lead UI/UX design for its SaaS platform. You’ll shape the overall user experience, simplify complex workflows, and ensure the product feels seamless, beautiful, and delightful.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction refinement
• Use data, user feedback, and research insights to continuously improve the user journey
• Lead design across the product by developing and maintaining a cohesive design language, design system, and style guide
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and leadership to translate complex concepts into elegant design solutions
• Lead the delivery of intuitive and visually compelling user experiences from concept through implementation

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products, with a strong portfolio
• Extensive end-to-end product design experience (research → wireframes → prototypes → visual/interaction design)
• Proficiency with Figma and Whimsical
• Strong communication skills to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Creative problem solving and a strong eye for aesthetics, usability, and detail
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment

Nice to have

• Experience or familiarity with short-term rentals / Airbnb hosting

Remote / time zone

Remote work is available, with a preference for candidates in European or American (up to East Coast) time zones.
