About the role

Role Overview

You will be a UI/UX/Product Designer with extensive Salesforce experience, working remotely. You will design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Salesforce applications used by government clients, turning complex requirements into clear visual designs and seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design UI, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and refine user requirements.
  • Create and iterate designs based on usability testing and user feedback.
  • Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across Salesforce platforms.
  • Build interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible and correctly implemented in Salesforce.
  • Apply Salesforce customizations and configurations to optimize user experience.
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze results for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on design trends, accessibility standards, and Salesforce platform updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related).
  • 5+ years professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, including Salesforce environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating Salesforce-specific UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Strong user-centered design knowledge and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Lightning Components.
  • Ability to use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
