UI/UX Product Designer

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Staff Product Designer (UI/UX) to lead design for our platform. You’ll focus on destroying complexity through design, creating an intuitive, elegant, and seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process: user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design language and style guide aligned to brand and product vision
• Use data, user feedback, and research insights to improve the user journey continuously
• Define and drive the overall design vision in alignment with long-term strategy
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and leadership to turn business requirements into product design
• Inspire, mentor, and grow the design team; advocate for user-centered design across the organization
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging design practices

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in design, capable of leading cross-functional teams
• Extensive UI/UX design experience for SaaS products with a strong portfolio
• Expertise in Figma (and Whimsical)
• Strong communication skills to explain design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong creative problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively remotely in European or American time zones (up to East Coast)

• Experience or familiarity with short-term rentals, Airbnb hosting, or property management
