About the role

Role Overview

Join Semperis as a UI/UX Product Designer to shape cutting-edge security and identity products. You will lead the design process from user research through implementation, partnering closely with product managers and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead product design for key features within strategic domains, covering the full lifecycle from research to implementation.
Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering teams to ensure the design vision is delivered in the final product.
Evolve the design system by creating scalable, reusable components and patterns in Figma.
Maintain a pixel-perfect, detail-oriented approach to UI execution.

Requirements

4+ years of experience designing B2B/SaaS products.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including:
- Components, variants
- Auto Layout
- Variables
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX product design for B2B/SaaS.
Ability to work effectively in an agile environment and meet deadlines.
Strong written and spoken English.

Nice-to-haves

Experience conducting user research.
Experience working with and contributing to a design system.

Work Model / Location

Full remote with a hybrid requirement: candidates residing within 45 miles of a Semperis office follow the hybrid model (some onsite days per week and the rest remote).
