UI/UX Product Designer - Remote

Role Overview

You’ll be a Senior UI/UX Designer (Remote) responsible for end-to-end design of key product surfaces—turning discovery and workflows into intuitive, high-fidelity UI. You’ll partner with Product Managers and Engineers to ship polished, world-class experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own product design from concept to execution across web platforms
• Translate complex workflows into simple, usable user experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver pixel-perfect UI
• Run usability testing and iterate based on feedback
• Advocate for users in product and roadmap discussions
• Ensure designs are accessible, performant, and aligned with brand identity

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in UI/UX or Product Design for web products
• Deep expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking
• Solid understanding of UX, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with complex SaaS/B2B products
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with PMs and Engineers
• High attention to detail and strong bias toward pixel-perfect execution
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments

Nice to Have

• Experience building or scaling a design system
• Familiarity with frontend constraints (React, CSS, responsive layouts)
• Experience with AI or developer-focused products
