Responsibilities
- Own product design from concept to execution across web platforms
- Translate complex workflows into simple, usable user experiences
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver pixel-perfect UI
- Run usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Advocate for users in product and roadmap discussions
- Ensure designs are accessible, performant, and aligned with brand identity
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in UI/UX or Product Design for web products
- Deep expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking
- Solid understanding of UX, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with complex SaaS/B2B products
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with PMs and Engineers
- High attention to detail and strong bias toward pixel-perfect execution
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
