Role overview

UI/UX Product Designer (Remote) You’ll help train AI models by evaluating and improving how they understand, generate, and assess design work—covering interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences. Your feedback will directly influence the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute to design-specific projects such as:
- UI/UX critique
- Product visuals
- Aesthetic evaluation (presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of:
- Visual hierarchy
- Interaction design
- User flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (current/in-progress/completed)

Contracting & assessment path

Apply through a general core assessment, then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
After approval, you’ll get access to general AI training projects and be invited to design-specific projects

Compensation & schedule

Remote; you can choose which projects to work on and set your own schedule
General AI training: $25–$30+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
Bonuses for exceptional work
Independent contract; payment via PayPal
