About the role
Role overview
UI/UX Product Designer to help train and improve AI models by evaluating AI-generated design work and guiding improvements in aesthetic quality, usability, and overall creative output.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
- Provide detailed feedback to help models learn aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Support design-focused training projects including UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s preferred but not required (current/in-progress/completed)
Additional details

- Independent contract role; payments via PayPal
Compensation
- General AI training: $25–$30+/hr
- Design-focused projects: $40+/hr
