Role Overview

DataAnnotation is looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models. You will evaluate and enhance how AI systems interpret, generate, and assess design work—including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Provide detailed feedback that refines the model’s understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality
Participate in design-focused projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluent English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
A Bachelor’s (current/in-progress/completed) is preferred but not required

Compensation & Work Model

Remote full-time or part-time
Flexible schedule; you can choose which projects to work on
General AI training projects: $25–$30+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
Bonuses for exceptional work
Independent contract; payment via PayPal
