About the role

Role Overview

You’ll work as a UI/UX Product Designer to help train cutting-edge AI models. Your role focuses on evaluating and improving how AI systems understand, generate, and assess design work (interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences).

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate the quality of AI outputs for correctness and performance
Provide detailed feedback to help improve aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Support model training through design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, creative deliverables)

Requirements

Fluent English (native or bilingual level)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Nice to Have

Completion/qualification for Web & UI/UX Design via the company’s assessment process

Work Details

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose which projects you want to work on and manage your own schedule
Independent contract position
Pay via PayPal; US applicants only

Compensation

General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hour
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
Bonuses for exceptional work
