Role Overview

UI/UX Designer (W2 candidates only)

Design intuitive, user-centric web and mobile application interfaces that align with business goals and deliver strong user experiences.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, usability testing, and translate findings into design solutions.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive designs.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA to turn requirements into user experiences.
Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI component libraries, style guides, and branding standards across products.
Design responsive interfaces (desktop/tablet/mobile) and ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility (WCAG).
Validate and iterate on designs using user feedback, A/B testing, and usability findings.
Work in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, design reviews, backlog refinement, product demos).
Partner with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation using HTML and CSS.
Produce design documentation, interaction specifications, and UX guidelines; continuously improve usability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

10+ years of experience.
Strong UI design and UX design capabilities.
Proficiency with design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, design systems, user research, usability testing.
Knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
Expertise in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and user-flow/journey mapping.
Understanding of HTML and CSS and ability to support pixel-perfect UI delivery.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with design validation via A/B testing and iterative improvements.

W2 role only (not considered for 1099/C2C).
Visa statuses accepted: USC, GC, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, H1B Transfer (explicitly says not considering H1B candidates).
