About the role

Role Overview

Xenios is seeking a UI/UX Designer (Equity-Based) to shape the end-to-end user experience across web and mobile. This is a foundational, high-impact role for an early-stage startup at the intersection of AI, digital health, and performance technology.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end UX for coaches and clients across web and mobile platforms
Design intuitive, visually compelling experiences and transform complex AI workflows into clear UI/UX
Lead the UI/UX process from concept to production
Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Build and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system
Design AI-powered interfaces, including conversational and personalized experiences
Collaborate with engineers and product leaders to ship designs
Produce developer-ready specifications and assets
Run user research and usability testing, then iterate using feedback and data
Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across the product ecosystem

Required / What You’ll Bring

Strong UI/UX or Product Designer portfolio
Experience taking web/mobile products from concept to launch
Proficiency with Figma, prototyping, and design systems
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Interest in AI, digital health, and the future of coaching
Deep understanding of usability and accessibility
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive designs
