UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

Create visually appealing, user-friendly UI designs for web and mobile
Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points
Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes
Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Run usability testing and iterate based on feedback
Maintain and evolve the design system and component library

Qualifications

2+ years of UI/UX design experience
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
Familiarity with prototyping and user testing methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
