About the role

Role: UI/UX Designer (Product Designer)

Join a centralized design team to expand and deliver core product experiences for healthcare payers and providers.

Responsibilities

Design product concepts balancing vision, craftsmanship, speed, and business impact
Create design artifacts across the process: user flows, visual mockups, data visualizations, prototypes, and user testing reports
Communicate design decisions through UX recommendation decks, Figma files, and documentation
Collaborate with product management, engineering, data specialists, and other designers
Contribute to and maintain the Design Language System for consistency across products
Support a collaborative, explorative design culture with continuous improvement

Requirements

2–5 years of experience shipping user experiences (in-house or agency)
Portfolio showing multiple projects and your direct contributions
Expertise in 1–2 core design areas (e.g., visual design, interaction design, design systems)
Experience with qualitative user research
Strong skills in data presentation and visualization
Solid written and verbal communication
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally (product, engineering, data)
Experience working in an Agile environment

Nice to have

Experience contributing to recruiting, hiring, and team/culture development
