UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

Join the UI/UX Design team to shape the future of a software escrow platform. You’ll translate customer needs into engaging, intuitive experiences—improving usability and driving user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into detailed user journeys and wireframes
• Design visually appealing, intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience
• Collaborate with product managers and creative directors to research, design, and prototype new features
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and visual assets
• Create prototypes and mockups to demonstrate design concepts
• Document design guidelines and ensure consistency across platforms
• Present and communicate design solutions to team members and stakeholders
• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs
• Stay current with design trends and apply best practices

Requirements

• Strong English copywriting and communication skills
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and visual design principles
• Experience with user journey analysis and customer-centric design
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience working with design systems and symbol libraries
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Access to a Mac or preferred design hardware/software
